After an amazing #friendsgiving yesterday, all I want to do is leave work, lay in bed and sleep off all that turkey tryptophan 🦃😴 Having your room set up with all your essentials next to you on your night stand can really help your nighttime routine & can be a lifesaver if you wake up with lots of pain. I keep my books, gratitude journal, Advil, water, calming lavender lotion & essential oils on my nightstand 🛌
