It feels so good to lengthen my muscles after 4 months of lifting and HIITing! Sometimes a little change is just what we need to continue making progress in fitness and our lives. I love that I can choose from over 40 programs and change my mind on which workout to press play on at the drop of a hat 🎩 💻

Reptar and I have had a crazy past week, she traveled back and forth from Indiana and Florida with me and do much better in the car this time around!

Day 1 of my new Pilates + yoga program and day 1 of my new group! The vibe is already amazing and everyone is crushing their workouts and cheering each other on 📣🤸🏽♀️🧜🏻♀️ I can just tell there are going to be some amazing success stories from this group!
My favorite thing from day 1 of my program was when @chalenejohnson said, “It’s okay if your ankle wobbles, it makes you stronger!” I just thought that was so relatable for LIFE.
The wobbles and the struggles make us stronger, but only as long as we keep going 💪🏻
