A lot of changes in the last year, all for the good. I can’t wait to see what changes next year brings my way. If you want to join me and make 2019 all about a healthier you, send me a message and we can talk about goals.
Switching up my nutrition in hopes to see more results. This is a meatless taco salad with Greek yogurt on top. It was absolutely delicious!

To everyone who’s been shaming themselves for past mistakes, engaging in negative self talk, and fighting a battle against their every impulse:
You are not the enemy.
Stop treating yourself like one.
You will be AMAZED what you can do with a little self love, a little forgiveness, a little understanding. Instead of fighting yourself you can focus on growth. 🌱
A side and b side #pdhandspring It's been a looong time since I've worked on these. I think the handbalance classes I've been doing with @lydiahbee have helped (even though I'm terrible at handstands). Now I just need to keep working on the fear of my head rushing towards the ground. Sorry about the faffing between the two sides, I couldn't figure out how to chop the middle of the video. #Altitudepole#poledancer#progress
After a two year hiatus of being broken as fuck…. I’m back bitches. Winter in Lightning II put on by @uspapower@uspaconnecticut / @danderson1310 and @lightningfitness860 / @millsfitness was great. After spending most of the year not able to train some part of me, either from fucking up my neck or more or less breaking my femur, coming out 8/9 with a 235/517 squat, 150/330 bench (missed 160/352, went soft 🤷♂️) and a 275/606 deadlift is a pretty good feeling. Most happy with the fact that the squats moved as well as they did, crosses a pretty serious barrier for me being really uneasy since getting back to training my lower half in any meaningful sense over the past few weeks.
Huge thanks to @barbell.therapy for getting me back to this point; and @roseeroux for handling @thewinterwolves and I all day. Big things in 2019 coming.
