Bench Top set: 1x4 225lbs/102.1kg Followed by 5x3 195lbs/88.45kg • I had a limited amount of time to stop in the gym, so I got in and got out. This was the fastest bench session in a long time (if not ever lol). I missed yesterday, so I’ll make it up Saturday and Sunday. The 1st set was supposed to be an RPE9, but it felt REALLY EASY. I should have probably have done 235lbs. I haven’t been as energetic these past couple of days, but the weight is still moving so I can’t complain. 225lbs last year was a max, now I feel I can rep it on my bad days. @huntfitness

4 טיפים ללחיצת חזה חזקה ויעילה יותר! 1. לאן להסתכל? כמעט אצל כל מתאמן בתחילת דרכו הוא לא ידע לאן להסתכל בזמן לחיצת חזה או אפילו בכל תרגיל אחר. המטרה היא תמיד לחפש נקודה יציבה במרחק שניתן יהיה להתרכז בה, במקרה של הבנצ' פרס זה התקרה! מבט ישר למעלה אל התקרה יוסיף ליציבות שלנו ונוכל להרים את המוט בדיוק לנקודה שממנה התחלנו. 2. איך לאחוז את המוט? ללפף את האגודלים סביב המוט ולתת למוט לנוח על הכריות התחתונות של כף היד. לא לתת למוט למשוך לנו את כפות הידיים אחורה, מסוכן למפרק כף היד. לא צריך לנסות וליישר את מפרק כף היד לחלוטין, מסוכן לאגודל והמוט עלול ליפול. ובשום פנים ואופן אל תאחזו באחיזה "מזוייפת" או בקיצור אף פעם אל תשימו את האגודל מתחת למוט, תמיד מסביבו! התרגיל היחיד שמותר לשים את האגודל על המוט ולא לפף אותו סביבו זה סקוואט. 3. גיוון - על-מנת לחזק את לחיצת החזה שלכם כמה שיותר תנו לתרגיל גיוון, תעשו לחיצות חזה עם עצירה על החזה, לחיצות באחיזה צרה,לחיצות על הרצפה, לחיצות עם גומיות. תמיד לשמור על התנועה של הלחיצת חזה אבל פשוט לשחק קצת עם טווחים ועם עומסים. 4. שכמות נעולות אחורה ולמטה. אחד הטיפים הכי חשובים אם לא ההכי חשוב מבין כולם. שכמות נעולות אחורה ולמטה בעצם מקנה לנו בסיס וחיבור חזק עם הספסל, ככל שנהיה יותר נעולים עם השכמות והבסיס יהיה יותר חזק כל התרגיל יהפוך לחזק יותר ויעיל יותר.
