#day89#rawdiet whoa! What a journey this last 3 months has been. I am looking forward to tomorrow. The reason behind this all. It certainly has opened my eyes to a lot of things I was putting in my body, changed some habits. Made some new, better ones. Along the way I have given my body a reset. A new filter. I’ve allowed my body to do what it’s designed to do, heal. Naturally. I’m not gonna lie, this has been difficult. The last 2 nights I cheated. Ha, if you count it as such. I had warm vegan food. Yesterday especially, I wanted a steak and a glass of red wine, but had spinach soup with a hot plain potato instead. But a far cry from my old food. Which wasn’t bad, just not cleansing to my system. Tomorrow I am bringing cooked foods back in and I’m grateful for that, especially because it’s cold outside. But those cooked foods will be not from a box. They will be organic and still mostly veggies. There’s something about roasted veggies that gets my happy meter going! one thing I’m NOT bringing back is dairy. I realized how much my body really didn’t like it. (Never been a milk drinker, but I love 🍨 ice cream, but my body doesn’t like it) #nicecream#frozenfruit#alternative I will, however continue with the celery juice on the daily. It’s that good for you. And the raw diet will make an appearance in the summer again for 28 days at a time. My health is worth it. You see Sprinkles✨ this was Fun! Now I know my mental state isn’t always like this....especially when I was abandoned and left for certain death. At that time in my life I was depressed, anxious, super sad that I was abandoned. But as each day is a new day, life teaches you new life’s lessons and the journey we are all on!!!!
