Szczerze mówiąc bałam się dzisiejszego treningu pewnie bardziej niż hashimotki glutenu...😶 Siady. 80kg w 4 seriach, każda po 8 powtórzeń. Pierwsze dwie serie gładko, 8 powtórzeń zaliczone. Z 3 i 4 bylo gorzej, ciężej i poszło na 6 😪 Gdybym nie to, ze pochrzaniłam kolejność treningow i wczoraj zrobiłam zamiast góry FBW, to dzisiaj myślę, że bym zamknęła wszytskie serie na luzie. #flashbackfriday I've been asked what I do and crap so listen last year everybody knows I had the flattest butt ever. Well now obviously I don't, but basically it's consistency and diet. I don’t know if you heard that it's 70% diet and 30% exercise. It's true, no matter what you do, if you want legs, butt, abs, arms, back, etc. I began meal prepping, I started to wake up at 4:45 in the morning, drink pre workout, workout for an hour drink a shake, get ready go to school and eat healthy all day and night. It becomes a really big habit I hate junk I never crave it anymore I never want it anymore. I workout everyday expect Sunday for at least 30 mins to an hour. Or on the weekends I do something moderate. I always think it's not a work out if you don't sweat. The thing people have trouble with is getting into the routine, it really seems like it's hard but it's not. I feel like if you really don't like your body you can change it. Fitness and health doesn't just change your body, but it helps mentally and physically as well. 💕 #bootytransformation

Hiii sorry for the lack of posts,Finally getting this one up👆🏼,this week has just been hectic but back home now finally getting back on track🙈💗 WHAT EFFECTS YOUR TRAINING?!🤔 ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ ✨SLEEP - This is the easiest of the three to keep on track {Well I’m a deep sleeper soo🌚} Making sure you get to bed for a good time will give you soo much more energy for the day ahead! If I go to bed too late and have to get up early I feel well basically ‘ugh’ ..Having a FULL Nights sleep is so important to getting the best out of your training🏋🏼‍♀️ ✨MINDSET- This one is slightly more difficult, most of the time I’ll go in with a positive mind ready to smash my workout!, however ngl some days I just feel overwhelmed and stressed so then I struggle with weights I found superrr easy the week before!!😖This is harder to fix than sleep because you can’t help worrying over certain asepects that life deals you, so sometimes you just have to miss that session rather than get yourself in a worse state and achieve nothing! You won’t loose all those gains by missing the odd session!, But I find if I’m feeling those ways doing lighter weights/working on form can helpp as makes me feel better for doing something productive out of a rubbish day🙈😎 ✨NUTRITION- I know I say this over and over but eating the RIGHT foods!Honestly can change your workouts so much! I eat good probably 90% of the time..can’t help myself to the odd chocolate here and there🙃✌🏼🍩If I don’t get enough calories in during the day when it comes to my workout It will impact my energy levels without me even realising! Soo FUEL yourself so you know you will get the most out of your workout! A lot of different meal regimes work for people like carb loading etc, you honestly just have to try out different options until you find what works best for you🤩🤙🏼 ✨WORK LIFEE- Having a very active job can impact your workouts so much! If you do a lot during the day/before you workout you need to make sure your increasing your calorific intake to ensure your making up for the calories lost! Instagram won’t let me ramble anymore soo If you made it this far I hope this helps!🌈✨💗
