The duties of a mother, responsibilities of owning multiple businesses and constantly being dedicated to my training, that currently is at an all time high. Even on the days I don’t want to- I’m reminded why I started in the first place. Being multifaceted the guilt of feeling like you can’t balance it all can keep you chasing something that’s not real, telling yourself that you don’t measure up. Because if I was being real... I’d say I fall short more than I fall in-line . Everyday, feeling like I need to be a better mother, disciplinary and nurturing; boss- doing better at leading my team, creating opportunities for them to grow and being the glue that holds it together, when it all wants to fall apart. And the athlete in me when it’s time to grind in a different way- it’s getting out of bed even when I’d rather sleep, finishing the last few pushes, pulls and even climbs although no one is watching. Knowing that my purpose on this earth is for something far greater than myself .... It’s having passion in all three things and so many more. We can always strive to be better but with that you must have grace on yourself... know that the world has created so many false expectations for us to reach. So build a little more each day continue to grow and learn and no matter what never ever think you’re not doing good enough, because you are. .

3.) Build to a heavy clean with remaining time.
Broccoli gets stuck in your teeth. Shitty food gets stuck on your belly. You decide what’s more important. I’d rather brush and floss the extra stuff away. From my experience that’s way easier than trying to take off fat.

FEAR is a REACTION but COURAGE is a DECISION.
Make sure you make the right decision despite of the reaction.
Myth : Muscles make one look bulky and bulky person cant perform.
Fact : Muscles are lean itself and cant ever make one look bulky.. Every ounce of muscle one gains makes him/her faster, better, stronger and fitter than his/her previous self.
Its the FAT that makes one look bulky bcz fat doesnt have any definite shape.
Muscles are toned bcz they have a definite shape.
I am currently weighing my heaviest @83kgs with least amount of Body Fat around 10% and thats the very reason I can perform much better than before though I weighed lighter on the weighing scale then.. .
Dead-Lift : 3 times my body weight
Squats : 2.5 times my body weight
Bench : 1.5 times my body weight (working on getting it twice my body weight atleast)
Run 🏃🏽♂️ @ speed 23km/hr with 15 on the incline.. .
Fitness is not just about the aesthetics, it is also about PERFORMANCE..
The ability to take up any challenge to lift heavy, run faster, flexibility and ideal body composition at any given time is a true definition of a FIT individual.
And this is the very reason I follow FITNESS as a LIFESTYLE day in and day out bcz its boosts me with a SELF-CONFIDENCE which cant even be described here.. .
