I made a statement in my story today, you can also see my statement I made in my highlight section on my Instagram page titled “enhanced athl”...but to recap what I said, I recently went and had my blood work done to confirm something that I was in denial about yet still had a feeling it was the cause for my sleepiness and my up and down depression. My bloodwork confirmed that I have low testosterone by a big margin For 24 year old male..I started my first cycle of testosterone to replace the testosterone my body no longer produces. I know it’s a permanent thing, I know the effects, possibilities, and what I have to do in order to live a nice, long and healthy life..there’s a bunch I have to say about it, but I don’t have enough room in my post to repeat it, so everything I said is in my “Enhanced athl” highlight on my page...I appreciate everyone who understands...🙏❤️
..also as a recap, I no longer will be attempting to compete in the IPF federation, but I still will be competing in USPA and the like federations.

Lumbar rotations are excellent for hip mobility, I typically recommend these for after a heavy lower body day.
Ensure you keep your hands FLAT on the floor and sweep your top leg over to the opposite side. ☝️
Pause briefly with each rotation to feel static tension with the stretch.
