Oct ‘16 —> Oct ‘18 2 years different 10 lbs difference!!! #transformationtuesday took a long off season in 2016 and that was the result could of been better and should of rehab my back sooner but we all make mistakes. One thing is to learn from them and never again! Glad I took my weeks off after this show and didn’t do the Sacramento show which was plan... instead i rehab my back!!! I’m glad I did cause now I’m all in getting stronger day by day and back hasn’t felt any better!! Sometimes you have to sacrifice things at the moment to have better things in the end!!! #master_mind_fitness
Can’t believe it’s been 6 weeks already!! Only 6 more weeks till Christmas and to reach my first goal!! I am a little more than halfway there down almost 30lbs so far and holding strong. Some weeks are better than other but progress is PROGRESS and I can see the differences even if the scale doesn’t show it. Here’s to reaching my goal in the next 6 weeks!

It’s the little things that form the smile on my face:) Sometimes I get so focused on the end result.. that I forget what got me there. I sometimes focus on showing compassion towards others.. that I forget to ask how another is doing. Sometimes I focus too much on looking my best.. that I forget to express all that I am. Pic in the left: Taken June 1st, 2018. BW is around 102kg/225lbs, was on my strict clean, no added sugar eating lifestyle, recording/weighing and measuring food/counting macros, abs(flexing), tan. .
Pic on the right: Taken November 12th, 2018. BW is 112kg/246.91bs on an empty stomach, eating a 90/10 clean/cheat food ratio, “flexible dieting” on the weekends, some type of dessert every night, weighing/measuring and counting macros of most foods, baby abs(flexing), high yellow.
I’ve currently started my cutting phase being 4 weeks out from the American Open Finals! I’m back to my strict clean, macro counting, weighing and measuring everything lifestyle(not diet!), and have to be down to 109kg by Dec 9th(4 weeks). I plan on doing just that by cutting all the bs out and adjusting my macros as little as possible, while my body adjusts. I’ve never been this heavy so this will be an experiment! By staying fairly consistent with my food over the last 5 months, and not eating strictly garbage, I’m confident my consistency will get me exactly where I want to be! I’ll post comparison pics after weigh-ins, and I’ll post weekly updates on my story if you’d like to follow along!

One of the best exercises for strengthening your back and lats (the muscles along the side of your torso under your armpits) is the pullup.In addition to the back and lats, pull ups can work your shoulders and arms as well, making them a great all-around upper body exercise.
🔥Strong core muscles are also important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture,lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening core muscles may also help improve back pain.

🔥 #lasvegas was at the MGM Grand during the weekend of the Canelo vs GGG fight. Its always fun to travel and network with like minded individuals like yourself. I've learned a lot while being in this industry and one of the main things that Stick out to me the most is to constantly be MYSELF.

🔥The Archer Push-Up is perfect for creating a variation that places the majority of the body's weight on one side. The Archer allows you to take a higher percentage of your own bodyweight, with one arm, but also still allows the other arm to assist (slightly).
▶️ Here is how to perform the exercise:
1️⃣ Assume a pushup position, but extend one arm out to your side so it's perpendicular to your body and only your fingertips touch the floor.
2️⃣ Squeeze your glutes and quadriceps, and brace your core. Maintain these contractions for the entire movement.
3️⃣ Bend your working arm and lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause, and push yourself back up. Try to use your extended arm as little as needed.
▶️ Tip:To make it easier, move your extended arm closer and allow it to assist more.
