I continue to do one or more things that I hate every single day, here’s why you should too.
This is because I understand that I must suffer to grow. It would be so easy to sleep in and not get ready for the day, it would be easy not to workout today , it would be so.. easy to just sit on the couch and watch Netflix all day. This is precisely why I get up early everyday, I get ready, I do push-ups and pull-ups to get my day started.
I do it because of the process, I do it because it’s tough to do. Most people only want the result , not the journey, so they never truly develop their mental strength or their physical strength. This lifestyle leaves you weak, vulnerable, and ultimately makes your life bleak and filled with disappointment because you never truly challenge yourself, you have to love the process to get results, there is no easy way out.
That’s why You should spend your time Wanting to go through the process, this is so you can gain a stronger mind . A stronger mind is what separates the weak from the strong. Wanting the journey not the result will allow you to become your best.
So go get after it 👊
Do something tough
Do something physically
Or mentally challenging.
