Just started the curly girl method. I always wanted to have a healthy curly hair that's lively and not boring. It's great that curly hair is very well accepted in a country where I currently live in. They even wanted a bigger hair than mine and it's called VOLUME 😁 No more bullying or nasty remarks about how curly and big my hair is. Currently 2 weeks CG and facing the transition period. I am hoping to make my hair healthy again by 6 months 🤞🙏 I know I'm still going to receive negative remarks from other people about how my hair looks but all I can say is #bighairdontcare

Have you ever heard the saying “ You don’t use it, you loose it!” ?
I feel that way with my body... when I don’t use it (exercise), I’ll loose it (hurt all over from being stagnant).
It’s funny how that works.. I leaned this little truth the hard way, and I know I’m not alone!
