How much sugar are your kids eating?
According to Global News, children between two and 18 should eat fewer than six teaspoons of added sugar per day. That's about 25 grams of sugar or 100 calories. Children and teens should limit their intake of sugar-sweetened drinks to no more than eight ounces weekly.
🎓Graduation • 2018 🎓I promised myself I wouldn’t cry, but I didn’t even make it into the room before I was balling like a baby, and I most certainly couldn’t get through my speech 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ What a wonderful year with our little munchkins, I can’t wait to see what next year has in store 💜 “choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life” #preschoolgraduation#graduation#work#childcare#love@kee13y 👨🎓 👩🎓

I started as a graduate at Elevation Architecture mid-way through 2015. I still remember my job interview with our director – a few sentences in, he was already telling me that I should get registered. So I did! In July last year I became a fully-fledged registered architect. That’s a really good summary of the kind of workplace I have the privilege to be part of. I’m surrounded by mentors and co-workers who are always pushing me (in the best ways!) to be more confident, to take risks and give things a go. When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me at a gig, planning my next overseas holiday or enjoying a burger from Betty’s!
