COME WITH ME IF YOU WANT TO LIFT 💪🏻 Its been a while since I've worn this tank top. It used to serve as my attire whenever I would go for a new PR. It gave me confidence and allowed me to do what I thought I couldn't. I know I post a lot of pictures in stringers and tanks but I still avoid wearing them out in public, especially tanks. I always saw the gym as the place where you look your best, your biggest. I thought outside the gym I was small and shirts like tanks intimidated me, they still do! Tho wearing this tank for the first time in a while let me see the tremendous progress I've made over the past year. Today's push workout was brutal. Comment below if you want to give it a try 💪🏻also comment if there's a specific workout you'd like me to do next!
1) incline bench press (4x6-8) this does not include the two arm up sets I did prior to the working sets. Focus on exploding off your chest and the speed of the bar. Go lighter if you have to
2a) military press (4x8) the video here was a warm up. I suggest use of a belt for heavier lifts.
2b) DB shoulder flys (4x10) this supersets will blow those shoulders up!
3a) incline DB press (3x12)
4b) incline shoulder fly (3x8-10)
5) single arm pec deck (4x10-15 each arm) this is something I was curious to try. Since with both hands you finish the move in the middle of the chest. Using 1 arm you can stretch past that point for a better contraction
6) landmine press (4x20) I did this one by first using each arm individually for 10 reps and finishing with 20 of close grip. This one burned!!
7) finished with front delt raises with the DB (3x10 each side) to finish off the best pump you'll ever have!

The nurses keep telling us that we need to stop stressing and make some time for ourselves. So we hit the gym today. It did feel amazing even though we were still constantly worried about little man back in the nicu. God bless y’all and keep the prayers coming!

in this workout I started with biceps then moved to triceps.
Seated Preacher Curls 💪🏽: 10x8 make sure you’re focusing on that squeeze at the top bc thats key to growth.
