In a 24 hour span she prepped for a board meeting, raced out to buy a cake for her crew because she learned they had no holiday treats, handled a list of things I'll never know about, commuted 2 hours, loved up on her kids, ironed ALL OF THEIR CLOTHES.....FOR FOUR DAYS, Packed a suit case, attended a board meeting, raced to the airport so she could BUILD HOUSES and serve MORE PEOPLE in her beloved 2nd home #puertorico. I'm not blowing her up because ITS HER BIRTHDAY...I'm merely ensuring you know WHAT AN AWESOME #BADASS I get to co pilot @foodbank4nyc with everyday.#felizcumpleaños@foodbank_coo. Det er svært at acceptere den ekstra fylde på kroppen efter mine konkurrencer. Det tror jeg flere kan nikke genkendende til!
Mest af alt fordi man bruger virkelig lang tid på at komme i sceneform! (Det sker desværre ikke over natten.😅) Tilgengæld tager det ikke lang tid før man “ligner sig selv igen” og dét i sig selv er svært for hovedet at acceptere, fordi det sker meget hurtigere.
For at få tankerne andetsteds har jeg fokus på styrke og mere velvære i øjeblikket!🤩
Jeg vil sindsyg gerne blive god til pull-, & chinups, samt sumo dødløft og hip thrusters!
Også squat, men nu starter jeg lige et sted!😂
Indtil videre er jeg på: 🌟2 pullups 🌟3 chinups 🌟 95kg 1RM sumo 🌟 “100kg 10RM hipthrust = tungt!! 😳🌟 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖english➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Its hard to accept the extra kilos on my body after my competitions. I think many athletes can relate!
It takes a long time getting stage ready! (Unfortunately it doesn’t happen overnight😅.) On the other hand it doesn’t take long to get into your “normal shape” again and that’s what tricks your head, because it happens so fast!
To get my minds elsewhere I now focus more on my strength and wellbeing!
I REEEEEEALLY wanna be better doing pull-, & chinups and sumo deadlift and hip thrusters!
