The Troyes Altarpiece at the Victoria & Albert Museum (1525). The style of the altarpiece is transitional between the late Gothic and Renaissance forms which is typical for the altarpieces in limestone produced in Troyes and are to be found in the regions of the Champagne and Aube. The scenes of the Flagellation, the Betrayal of Christ, Christ carrying the cross and Christ presented to the people are based on Albrecht Dürer's engravings of the Small and Large Passion of 1511 and 1512 respectively.
This Girls right here @soozzys is setting standards and breaking records. In the gym everyday without failure and constantly striving towards perfection.
Keep your eyes on her as she is breaking the world record next year.
Perfection only comes with constant studying and consistent practice of your craft. Your not practicing on the number of times you do it perfectly but reducing the number of times you do it incorrectly.
Think about plane companies or train drivers, would they tell you the number of times they have had successful journeys or the number of times something has gone wrong? Which would you wanna hear?
Rome wasn't built in a day and in that same sense you need be patience and give everything time even if it's not working for you now or you havent received it now with time invested and efficient practice it'll come to you.
We naturally aren't patience when we start anything new and want everything straight away. The real accomplishment is when you have to strive and grind through the tough times physically, financially and keep your eyes on the goal.
What sounds like more of success story building a company from the bottom up or being put in charge of that company. Not to say both didn't take hard work but when you start from rock bottom that mentality never changed always looking to get better, never settling and knowing their is always a way for improvement.
Stay Hungry, NEVER give up hope.
Last year I made a deal with myself to get back in shape, and I did it! 🎊🎉
Pic on the left (30/12/2017).
I was injured and it really affected me mentally and emotionally that I just ate, didn't train and got pretty sad about not being able to lift or move around without the thought of a reoccuring injury. 😣😔
However, I'm glad I picked myself up and decided to place a goal for the year, to be motivated once again and to just enjoy lifting and fitness as I used to.

No longer injured, happy and satisfied with what I have achieved despite the setbacks throughout the year and the previous year.
Now I'm more motivated than ever to be the fittest and best version of myself! 😤
With the new year approaching, set a new years resolution and stick to it! I did it, I'm sure you can too! .
Hope this gives you guys and girls some motivation to take control of your fitness and health! 💪🏼😁
Hmmm my subconscious must be on the weeping angels
